Just~In Chapters

I have had this lingering strain/pain in my neck/left shoulder-blade area for about one week...finally decided to go visit my last-time-used-to-see sensei again...not mentioning about the long wait (as per norms)...but after rubbing the painful/affected areas...he grabbed my left elbow...and biggest OUCH~! and numbed went that area! It wasn't even painful the past one week at the elbow...he said that the root cause started from there...and it has now spread to the neck and upper back area...waaaah~amazing...WaAaH~pain!
